Details: The field sports complex includes a rifle range, shotgun range (w/auto trap launcher), archery Gazebo, restroom, and a range masters cabin. The rifle range was relocated to it's new and current home in 1998. The rifle range is lighted and can be used into the night. The rifle range has 22 shooting positions and the archery range has 10. This area is constantly being updated and renovated to be a state of the art range. The shotgun area now has high and low skeet and a new trap shooting area. All areas are now equipped with lighting to allow for night shooting.

Location: East of the main lake, along the paved road.

Fees:

Rifle Range:

WCFC FOS Unit - $10 per day.

BSA Scouting Groups - $15 per day for WCFC units, others upon request.

Non-Scouting Groups - Upon request.

Note - Units must arrange for their own WCFC Certified Rangemaster to open the range.

Each additional range:

WCFC FOS Unit - $10 per day.

BSA Scouting Groups - $15 per day for WCFC units, others upon request.

Non-Scouting Groups - Upon request.

Note - In accordance with national policies, the Field Sports ranges are not available for Cub Scout packs.

Rifles/Shotguns:

WCFC FOS Unit - $5 per day per gun + cost of ammo.

BSA Scouting Groups - $7 per day per gun + cost of ammo - available for WCFC units only.

Non-Scouting Groups - Not Available.

Note - Must rent minimum of 3 guns at the same time to rotate use.

Replacements:

Glasses - $5 each.

Ear protection - $12 each.

Archery Range:

WCFC FOS Unit - $10 per day.

BSA Scouting Groups - $15 per day.

Non-Scouting Groups - $20 per day.

Note - Not available for Cub Scout packs.

Bows:

WCFC FOS Unit -  $3 per bow per weekend.

BSA Scouting Groups - $3 per bow per weekend.

Non-Scouting Groups - $5 per bow per weekend.

Replacements:

Finger Guard - $1.50 each.

Arm Guards - $4 each.

Targets - $5 per group.

Fiberglass Arrows - $3 each.
