Details: There are 4 residential houses donated to Sand Hill. Three of these houses serve as staff houses during the summer camp season, while the 4th is used for the Ranger's Residence. When it is not summer camp, house number 2 is for Scout units to use for meetings or training. All the houses were originally model homes used for a development project south of the Hernando County line.

Location: East of the Sertoma House around a lake.

WCFC FOS Unit - $20 Day use + $50 Security Deposit.

BSA Scouting Groups - $25 Day use + $50 Security Deposit.

Non-Scouting Groups - Not available.

Note - Day use only. For meetings or training. Security Deposit may be refundable after inspection of facility by Ranger.
