Sand Hill Climbing, Rappelling, and COPE Course Area

Details: The climbing facility at Sand Hill Scout Reservation is considered to be the largest and the best in the State of Florida. The area also includes multiple storage areas and training shelters. Sand Hill is home to a state of the art COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) course with high course elements and a full low course path. The high course is 50 feet in the air and includes a 400 foot zip line that will have you crying for mother earth! The rappelling tower has three levels to choose from; 10, 25, 35 foot levels.  How high can you go? The climbing tower has multiple faces with increasing difficulty and even overhanging outcroppings!

Location: West of the main paved road. Turn off Eagle Scout Trail on to High Adventure Trail.  The facility is at the end of the road.
